an really good stay
This elegant hotel has a perfect location. the staff are genuinely warm and professional. Everything feels elegant and well maintained. the overall atmosphere is calm and luxurious. The room was very comfortable and super clean! great facilities and a wonderful rooftop experience.

the concierge was always available and efficient. daily highlights include the team creating a relaxing restaurant experience! also, there was always someone around to help with luggage and answer questions.

a majestic experience
spacious room excellent location rooftop bar
The room (beautiful double or twin room) was spacious and well-appointed. i found the location to be excellent. I walked a lot and secure hotel. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views and quality food.
the elevators were occasionally slow, with waits up to 10 minutes at times.

friendly staff helpful concierge great bathroom poor buffet hard food dirty tables
The reception staff were friendly. the concierge and bellmen were helpful. the bathroom was great. Towels and toiletries were just perfect.
the breakfast buffet quality was disappointing. much of the food was hard. the dining area was poorly managed with dirty tables left unattended for over 30 minutes.

the location was excellent. it was near restaurants and shops (perfect for exploring). the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. the room had a large safe and a lovely view of the city.

modern appliances daily cleaning fresh towels residence security
i stayed in the residence. it had a fridge, dishes, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. the appliances all worked well so guests can do laundry or cook. staff replenished bedding and towels daily. they also cleaned every day but the cleaning was not very thorough.
initial water was provided but not replenished . there was no free water or snacks in the room. i had to buy these myself

the suite was spacious and well organized. a very large living room greeted me upon arrival. the bathroom included a separate bathtub with shower. there was ample closet space and a coffee bar.

the location is near the casa batllo on gracia street. several excellent restaurants are nearby. metro and train stations are close to the hotel. getting around was very easy and efficient.

the location is great and next to MANY bars. apartment availability is a NICE feature. food was GOOD.
the spa is OK. the restaurant on the rooftop is AVERAGE. this is NOT a 5 star hotel experience.
