an really good stay
elegant atmosphere
This elegant hotel has a perfect location. the staff are genuinely warm and professional. Everything feels elegant and well maintained. the overall atmosphere is calm and luxurious. The room was very comfortable and super clean! great facilities and a wonderful rooftop experience.

The room (beautiful double or twin room) was spacious and well-appointed. i found the location to be excellent. I walked a lot and felt okay all time. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views and quality food.

The reception staff were friendly. the concierge and bellmen were helpful. the bathroom was great. Towels and toiletries were just perfect.
the breakfast buffet quality was disappointing. much of the food was hard. the dining area was poorly managed with dirty tables left unattended for over 30 minutes.

i stayed in the residence. it had a fridge, dishes, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. the appliances all worked well so guests can do laundry or cook. staff replenished bedding and towels daily. they also cleaned every day but the cleaning was not very thorough.
initial water was provided but not replenished . there was no free water or snacks in the room. i had to buy these myself
